A great deal of our Transcendent Roofing projects center on installing a new roof or replacing an existing one. In either situation, we will always go through the various roofing materials with you before we begin actually installing it. We can answer any questions you have or even suggest which material we think best suits your needs. Once it comes to the actual installation, we will complete the project in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.

Maintaining Roofs

We always encourage our clients to let us continue our Transcendent Roofing project after the installation by taking care of their maintenance needs. You should never overlook the importance of roof maintenance as it not only ensures your warranty remains valid but can make it possible to spot damage to the roof before it becomes worse. As a bonus, with the maintenance portion of our projects, there is no need for you to go up onto the roof and risk your safety. If you do not need our maintenance services, we can also just do an inspection as an extension of your Transcendent Roofing project.

Repairing Roofs From Wear And Tear, Storms, And More

Over time, roofs naturally age and require repairs of some sort. We may need to fix a loose portion as part of a Transcendent Roofing project or even replace part of the roof. No matter what the problem with your roof is, we can work with you to fix it. We also have taken on numerous more in-depth projects to take care of damage from storms. When a severe storm passes through, it can cause damage to even the best cared for roofs and do serious harm to those that are older were already awaiting repairs.

Transcendent Roofing did an amazing job re-roofing my house after the May 27, 2020 hail storm in San Antonio. I called them up and an inspector came out the next day. He took detailed photos of the damage and explained I need a new roof. My insurance company's appraiser came out and agreed fully. Transcendent's bid actually came in $200 under the insurance companies damage estimate. I received a detailed quote explaining all the materials being used and that clean-up and haul away were all included. Also, I was able to pick out shingles that looked much better than what was there originally. Best of all the work was completed in only one day. Was it noisy? Heck yes it was! There were 10 guys on the roof ripping away the old shingles, nailing on the new ones, and replacing all the ventilation and fan exhaust ducts. It was definitely noisy, but there is no way to do such work quietly. But the crew did not play any music and were all business, with much work and very little talking. Best of all, the entire job was completed in just one day! And I have a large roof. The crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess. They hauled away all the trash, walked a big magnet around the house to collect any loose nails, and then blew off the drive way. You would never have know a big roofing job had just been completed that day. When the inspector from Transcendent came back out later to check on the work, he did the magnet sweep again, explaining that sometimes a couple of nails might get missed on the initial pass and he wanted to made certain no one got a flat tire. I was extremely happy with the service Transcendent Roofing provided and would recommend then without reservation.
